Mucca Pazza: “astounding circus punk marching band”

Submitted by Paige on March 9, 2009 – 12:41 amNo Comment

I didn’t ID anyone from Mucca Pazza, Chicago’s “astounding circus punk marching band,” but with four trumpets, four woodwinds, five bones, one sousaphone, nine percussionists, three cheerleaders, two accordions, one violin, one mandolin, and one guitar in the band I’m betting at least one of them isn’t old enough to drink.

Someone in the group also must know they’re a band to be experienced and not explained because they’ve provided us with this nifty video to introduce themselves.

If you’re a musician in the Chicago area and that wasn’t up close and personal enough for you the band also invites you to a reading band jam the first Tuesday of every month. Email mark.messing@gmail.com for more information.
